Beautiful colorSince I’ve started using esalon, my hair stylist had commented on what great shape my hair is in. Great customer service!I have been really impressed with both the initial customer service and speed of delivery. When I wasn’t completely happy with my colour change they were extremely quick to reply, offer professional advice and rectify colour! BlahThis color is a dull mousy brown with a terrible golden/brassy undertone. I thought I had canceled all future orders, until they took the money out of my account this morning. For the LOVE OF GOD, please do not send me that awful color again! I wanted a deep rich color, not this orangey brownish color.
