I was skeptical but am now a believerI have naturally strawberry blond hair. For the past several years I have been going to a salon to have my greys covered up. I was always afraid to do it myself thinking that I would never find a matching color or be able to apply it at home. Well, to my pleasant surprise eSalon's color was even more natural than the color I was getting at the salon. Applying it at home was easy with the step-by-step directions. Wowza!My hair looks and feels great! Thanks to Quarantine, I needed an at-home product and am really, really happy with the gray coverage and shine. Very Impressed by the product and price!This was my first time trying an online color salon and I'm so pleased that I did. There was good, clear, communication from eSalon before my first order was shipped and I found the website easy to use. I uploaded photos of my initial haircolor and sent messages via the website. My colorist suggested I try demi permanent color and I'm so glad she did. The root coverage ( I had about 1" of gray roots) was great. I did cheat on the application and got my husband to apply it ( he's not a hairdresser) and the look is a perfect, even color all over. Thanks eSalon. Blown Away!I am extremely impressed with my custom color! I have been getting my hair professionally colored black (Redken Chromatics 1NN) every 4 weeks for the past 3 years. I had to miss my touch up appointment at the salon when they closed down so it had essentially been 8 weeks since I colored my regrowth! I did research for days and read tons of reviews searching for a brand that I could trust that wouldn’t ruin the healthy state of my hair. Seeing how eSalon is completely customizable on your hair structure made me very comfortable with choosing them! Once I received my own little custom box, I was amazed with the level of thought and effort that the company puts into making each color special for each person. I had the help of my boyfriend to apply the color and I loved that you could apply with a bottle and then brush it on. There was tons of color left which was a relief because since you only get one bottle, I was nervous that it wouldn’t be enough. Once I rinsed and blow dried my hair, I was blown away with how gorgeous it looked! The color matched 100% perfectly to my existing hair and my texture was incredibly soft and bouncy. My favorite part is that there wasn’t a bunch of color on my scalp like when I usually leave the salon and my scalp wasn’t itchy at all. I am honestly thinking of cancelling my current shampoo/conditioner subscription to add the classic combo that was sent with my kit! My hair is on day 3 of not being washed and there is NO grease at all! My hair is super shiny also, I seriously could NOT be happier with my results. First time user of productDesperate times call for desperate measures. I have traditionally had my hair colored and trimmed every 4 weeks no matter what. Then came the pandemic. No where to go so I carefully did my research and narrowed it down to eSalon. I couldn’t be happier! My husband says it looks better than when I went to have it professionally done!
