Easy process and more accurate color this time aroundThe customer service was awesome. They sent me an email inquiring if my order was received (it was not) then they proceeded to send me a replacement since it had been lost. The color was adjusted this time to a darker shade and this time the color was much more accurately matched to my natural color. I notice that after about a week I can see some grey hair (not roots) visible. I am not sure if grays are tricky to take up the color or I am not saturating them enough (even though I feel like I am super saturating the grey area). I am going to try and be more particular about the application and see what happens. I also love the shampoo and conditioner provided. It makes my hair so silky smooth. Not enough productI have thick hair and sent in my pic but did not have enough color to cover my greys. I did like the golden brown color but wish it was a little lighter of a brown. Gray hair at templesI leave the color on temple area first and longer than the rest of my hair. My hair color is the correct one,however, I have distinct lighter areas around the temple. This does not blend. When I go for a pro color the gray is always covered and they do not even bother to leave the color on longer around the temples. Nicht die Farbe, die ich wollte...Ich hatte mir Mittelbraun Asch als Farbe bestellt, weil ich den Haselnuss-Stich eines "Haartönungs-Unfalls" wieder beheben wollte, der Ansatz war dunkelblond mit weißen Strähnchen nachgewachsen. Nach der (sehr intensiv riechenden) Färbung war dann leider der Ansatz haselnuss-stichig, dafür hatte der Rest einen schönen Aschton... mein Problem hatte sich also auf die 4 cm Ansatz verschoben. I'm NOT madI was always the kid who cut and colored her own hair in high-school. I was fearless! As I grew older I became more and more lazy and not as brave and resorted to salon color. While it's hard to actually love your salon results I will say my hairstylist is very talented...however wth covid happening and the expensive trips to my gal are staring to become an issue... I decided to give this brand a try. I loved the personalization... and the color matched my roots perfectly. I had older highlights and they blended beautifully.
