Beautiful color, exactly what I wanted!Everything I needed was in the kit. Step by step instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I LOVED my color - I wanted a subtle color change and to add copper/red tones to my dark brown hair - this is exactly what my colorist custom-blended for me. The color is perfect and my pesky greys are gone! The classic shampoo and conditioner included with the kit smelled lovely and had a soft, sudzy lather. My hair looked and felt fabulous afterwards! Impressive and Gorgeous!The delay in receiving my order prompted me to call to cancel. The CSR informed me that day my order had shipped. I received it Tuesday, April 14th and opened it to proceed on Wednesday, April 15th. The kit is beautifully organized and classy. The personal touch of adding my name and custom color was really nice. The cute poem set the mood for me to feel confident in doing the base bump myself for the first time ever. The instructions are easy to follow. The results are better than the salon base bump color I get done every four weeks. Loved the experience and am going to restart my subscription for every four weeks. Now if I can figure out how to do my highlights myself I will be over the moon thrilled.
