Wow..!I recieved my box today, wow really impressed with the packaging. Only 4 star because I've not tried it yet but the package certainly makes you feel special. WrongI asked for mulberry burgundy and ended up with chocolate brown. I’ve had red hair 25 years and now suddenly I have brown hair. Not happy. I’ve been using esalon since 2015. In the last year and a half (maybe a bit longer), the color formulas are not good. I asked for rich red and I get joker red with strawberry blond roots.
