Happy! Recommend ESalonI was so impressed with the packaging, personalised touches and quality of the products. Even amid COVID 19, the after service was very good. I would’ve given it 5 stars but my only one request (not a complaint) is for a larger conditioner packet - as I have long hair. But aside from that, it is very good. Finally!Coloring my hair has been an interesting experience at times so I was both excited and tentative when my kit from eSalon arrived. Well - I love it. The instructions were clear (and easy to read without glasses), and my color is terrific. No more speculation as to what color my hair will actually be when it's blow dried. Perfect match , salon qualityWow. I was definitely hesitant to buy a hair color online but I needed to fill in my roots. OMG AWESOMEI have never colored my hair myself. I was worried about how the color would turn out. Being a red head I just couldn't fathom it. Well after this stay at home order, my roots were so bad I had to do something. This color set was so easy to use. First time user and really good resultsI used the root touch up kit this morning. It is dark blonde semi permanent and it did a good job of reducing the visual impact of the gray. The look is soft and light at the roots and it blended really well into the highlighted section of the hair. The whole process has done a great job of conditioning my hair as well.
