I've been very pleased!All my color mixes have been excellent, and the customer service/attention to detail has been spectacular. I was especially impressed when a colorist reached out after I had trouble discerning which level my hair is (light brown, medium brown, etc.), because they thought my picture didn't quite match what I selected.
