The problem with single processWell, I went from dishwater blond with faded, grown out highlights to 100% dishwater with a goldfish hue. Blondes need highlights to provide texture. fransige Haare Farbe viel zu dunkelIch habe einen natürlichen Kupferton (dunkelblond) bestellt. Meine Haare sind sehr dunkel geworden und fleckig rot. Überhaupt nicht meine Farbe. Color washed outI applied the custom color, color matched my current color perfectly. Unfortunately after the 2nd washing (and I was using the provided shampoo), I noticed grey areas showing through all over my head. I have never had issues covering my greys with cheap drugstore brands or other professional dyes. Very disappointed! I messaged eSalon and was told my color would be adjusted for the next order but I needed to re-dye my hair to cover it NOW so I went with another brand. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love the customer service, love the kits, hate the dyeThe hair dye with this company is so orange, even though I ordered the most ashy colour available. I've also adjusted the colour, which added more ash, and the colour is still very orange.
