EffectiveProduct did exactly what I asked -- I had used a box dye that I liked and because of the different base color, my hair turned more of a purple than a red. I asked eSalon to help me tone down the purple and bring out the copper colors and they did a great job. It's still a little darker than I'd like, but I'll have to live with that for now.
