I wanted blonde I got brunette with redTerrible product, I got a totally wrong product from blonde to brown/red then after several washed went dark bright ginger. I contacted Esalon to be told to get rid of the red I would have to go darker again ! terrible terrible customer service staff had no idea at all and I also got a reply in French not English. Colour not what expectedReally didn’t have an option of the colour wasn’t what I expected I would have loved it to be darker and richer . Love the colour!Before having my kids, I used to colour my hair black. I looked at pictures & realized how washed out and “witchy” I looked. I have been trying to get the black out ever since. With other dyes, my light roots always came in quick & strong- looking almost Grey, the ends dry & black, leaving whatever washed out shade in the middle. Since joining esalon, my hair looks amazing! With the help of the tint rinse, the tool kit, and the wonderful help of the team, I was able to transition into a beautiful chocolate-y, brown, which, in certain lights almost has a purple pearl hue. My hair feels SO soft & healthy, and I love that my colourist is always checking to recommend new products, or see whether I’m looking to change my shade.
