This is AWESOME!!I was skeptical at first but with everything that’s going on I figured what the heck, right, if it sucks, who’s going to see me. Well let me tell you, this product is fabulous. They got my color spot on, something my hairdresser hasn’t been able to do. Best at Home coloring system every!Through the years, I have often had to use a coloring system form the local drug store to help me cover my grays. As we all know as head of the house hold, sometimes our hairstylist just doesn't fit into the budget of the month. So I decided to try eSalon products. I can't believe I've waiting this long! To my amazement, this hair color (eSalon) last as long or even longer than my hairstylist color. I give this (eSalon) at home hair coloring 5 stars. Amazing - I didn't believe it could happen!!Wanted to say a HUGE thanks to the team! I had only used colour myself once or twice before and only to cover the 'silver' in my hair - I'd always been someone who would rather give that responsibility to someone else! But the whole process from choosing the colour I wanted (with advice from the specialists) to getting the look was so easy. The instructions are fantastic and the colour at the end - MARVELLOUS! Impressive customer service and lovely productAs a user of supermarket dye, I was hesitant about using this service as it is more expensive, however I thought I'd give it a go. The product looks lovely and I was excited to use it, I followed the instructions to the letter but my colour came out very dark, almost black in fact. After an email to customer service they not only offered me advice to lighten it but gave me a free colour. Now my hair is lightening, I can see the colour is lovely and much richer than a box dye.
