First timer, very impressedI came to esalon in sheer desperation; with the coronavirus lockdown having just been extended, my roots were showing almost an inch of grey and had to be dealt with. I'd never tried DIY anything with my hair before, but they made everything about it easy: ordering was a snap, shipping was quick, and the kit held everything I needed except hair clips. Instructions couldn't have been simpler, thank goodness! Erwartungen übertroffenIch muss sagen, ich habe nicht allzu viel erwartet und dachte dass es wahrscheinlich wieder eine Farbe sein wird wie jede andere. Aber ich bin sowohl von dem Farbergebnis als auch von der Haltbarkeit wirklich begeistert. Meine Haare sind nicht kaputt gegangen..ganz im Gegenteil.
