Did Not Cover GrayFirst, the color on the non gray hair was beautiful. It was warm, rich, and multidimensional. However, the gray roots did not cover well at all. They were various shades from gray, ash brown, and golden brown even though I left the coloring on my roots for 30 minutes as directed. If it had covered my gray roots I would buy again. Not recommendMy hair is coming out in clumps after using this!!!!! Cancelled immediately and do not recommend. Update: to make the extreme hair loss even worse, the color (which looked great afterwards) has no faded into some awesome hot roots!!!! Even using the tint rinse, it did nothing. So easy and so good!Due to lockdown my greys were becoming quite a problem! Usually wouldn't dare dye my hair myself (not a skill I have!). However, I stumbled upon this site and decided to give it a try. So glad I did. The process of ordering was great, delivery was quick and the instructions so helpful. As for the colour, really just perfect. So happy with the results. Will definitely be saving myself some money from now by sticking to colouring at home.
