So softI was so afraid of attempting this at home and couldn't be happier. My hair came out so soft and it blended so well. I focused on my roots and cover entire head with the leftovers for that last few minutes and it worked perfectly. Even the photos I sent to my regular salon stylist was impressed at how well it came out. Looking forward to the next time. Customised hair colourIt arrived really well presented with my name on the products! There was clear instructions and included was a pair of gloves with some gel to prevent staining ,also shampoo and conditioner.
