Beautiful resultsI struggled with the application because I am an inexperienced colorist, so had doubts about the whole thing. Final result was amazing even with my less than perfect application. Very mismatched results!I've loved Esalon before, but this did not work for me at all! The 2 bottles I received didn't blend well before so I was left with a glaring Ombre result. Hair LossThis product was very harsh on my hair. It caused my hair to become dry and to fall out. I would not recommend esalon or their products. I have used many different types of hair coloring systems in the past, and this one was the worst. I have never experienced as much hair damage and hair loss as I have with esalon products. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
