Very DisappointedI wrote you a email telling you how disappointed I am. Not what I expected at all, front and side greys weren't covered at all, color not what I wanted, ended with 2 tone hair in the back of my head, my sister pointed it out. Super pissed and look horribleFollowed directions to a T and it did not blend at all even with pouring the rinse over my head and massaging for 5 minutes instead of just the 3 minutes recommended. I was trying to go dark red and they didn't even try to do that. I dont care really what color they think i should have for my skin tone i know what i want and have had it before and sent pics. Ravie !Premier achat pendant le confinement, celui ci se termine juste lorsque je reçois ma commande. Je la rangé dans une armoire et reste fidèle a mon coiffeur. Nous voici au deuxième confinement, je décide de me servir de ma couleur sur mesure et là.. révélation ! La couleur et superbe, a caché tous mes cheveux blancs, est hyper lumineuse et mes cheveux tout doux. Beautiful deep tones and fantastic grey coverageI am so happy with the result!This looked like a real salon color after application. Though it took slightly longer to apply than the supermarket box dye, the result was well worth it. The instructions are excellent and everything you need is provided to ensure a thorough application. My hair is normally dry and frizzy but it now looks fuller and shiny. Amazing!Brilliant service! Gone are the days of panic trips to the 24 hour supermarket to try and get MORE dye to fix a bad dye job. Best Hair Dye!I have been struggling to find the perfect dye to cover my graying roots. The hand picked dye matches my hair perfectly! The color is rich and saturated. It covers all of my grays. LOVE ITI had a lot of stubborn greys and it covered all of them. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and is a beautiful light brown. Exactly what I wanted!! My first time so I purchased the color tools, shampoo, conditioner and the tint rinse to help keep the colour. This is so much better than the box coloring.
