AVOID!! JUST GO TO THE HAIRDRESSERSI'm not sure who you have mixing the colours but they need sacking! My first ever order arrived today couldn't bare the excitement of my new salon coloured hair. Followed the instructions down to a T to make sure it turned out just the way it should. As applying the product it started to look quite dark on the places I'd added it to keeping in mind on the test I noted that I had yellowish blonde hair and was looking for the ashy blonde shade shown (that I could apparently have with my original hair colour) so all completed did the 2 to 3 min scrub into my hair with water. Decided I would wash out shampoo condition and style before I properly looked and hey presto job done I now have orange yellow hair no ashy tone at all just an orange tinge to the yellow underbase!! PerfectWhat can I say, I love esalon! I have made a couple of changes to my colour but I love everything about it.
