Pleasantly surprisedThis is the first time I have used this service as I was getting desperate. My hair has not been coloured since February so you can imagine the mountain of grey hair that had appeared. I wasn’t going to colour my own hair but thought how bad could it get? As long as it doesn’t turn orange I can handle anything. Even after my colour kit arrived I was a bit worried but I bit the bullet and have to say I am glad I did. Happy!Wow! My color turned out great. It covered my grays and it looks natural. My hair is soft and shiny... looks so healthy♡ And after it's all done my hair didn't smell like the product... it smelt like the shampoo and conditioner. Easy to do. My color needs adjustingEasy to do. Instructions are clear. Watch the videos prior to coloring your hair. That helps so much. My mixed color was more strawberry blonde than golden blonde so next time I will adjust it. I used my fingers more than the brush.
