My first color wasnt right so I sent a new picture and explained what I wanted instead. The colorist was quick to respond and we formulated a new color that turned out perfect! This color lasts longer and says true longer. So much nicer than box hair dye.

I am so pleased and happy with this purchase. From order to receive . Presentation to the product is more then 5* . All the step by step instructions is easily followed. Colour turned out beautifully. Wasn’t sure about this as had lots of home hair disasters !but wow I couldn’t believe the colour match spot on even coverage and so shiny.what it tells you is what you get !highly recommend
