First time I have coloured my hair at home. Very helpful staff who helped me choose the correct colour and a super easy kit to use. Would definitely recommend.

The color send to me was just perfect. I appreciate the attention to the assessment I filled out. also the directions and supplies sent with the color was perfect. Thank you I got my hair cut yesterday and my longtime stylist and colorist said it was perfect

Great customer service, hair is now perfect

I can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Would definitely recommend.
