This was a great experience. The colour was adjusted from the one I had chosen as the stylist said it wouldn't suit and changed it. I had sent in photos of how my hair currently looked. I've had lots of compliments on my new colour. It was easy to apply. I will definitely be doing this again.

I am happy with the quality of this product. I am never disappointed in the color. It is rich and multifaceted, not flat or chalky like a drug store box of color. The instructions help you help yourself. I like the color choices.

The colorist was very responsive to making a slight change in the formula and addressed a dryness concern I had the first time. Love my hair!
