Love my color!Love the color and my hair is staying really healthy using eSalon. Only trouble is that I just received an order and was about ready to color my hair but I cannot open my color bottle so I can mix it up and apply to my hair. Hopefully when my husband comes home he can open it for me. I tried running it under hot water, pounding it with a knife and used the knife under the lid to open it but it still does not open - don't want the color to seep out. Color was completely wrongI have tried this color twice. Both orders were for a medium brown. The first try had a lot of red in my hair and was very dark. The color was supposed to be adjusted based on these undesired results. The adjusted color, again, was supposed to be a medium brown, and it turned out very dark almost black. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Cambio de colorMe siento satisfecha con el producto… a pesar que tengo un negro el nuevo color lo ajustaron bastante a lo que ando buscando que es quitar él negro,es cosa de tiempo pero en una sola puesta rebajó muchísimo.El pelo quedó súper suave sedoso y con mucho brillo. Realmente estoy contenta porque sé que mi colorista se está esforzando mucho para conseguir el color que realmente quiero .
