Pleasantly SurprisedI was a bit nervous which is why it took me a few weeks to even do my hair. Once I did, I was surprised with the process and how my hair came out beautifully. Klasse!Ich bin begeistert! Hatte bei Drogerieprodukten immer das Problem, dass die Farbe aussah wie ein “Helm”, Reflexe fehlten mir da völlig. Meine Farbe von eSalon hingegen ist genauso, wie ich es mir gewünscht habe - schön natürlich und voller Reflexe. My colorist did a great job in adjusting my hair color for better gray coverage, while still maintaining a lovely brown that I was never able to achieve with drugstore colors. So happyI went into this with hesitation after reading the reviews. I just finished blow drying my hair, and I can't believe how great it looks. No brassy tints, best hair color I have ever done!
