Stubborn Grays!!I was given outstanding support from staff on the color I wanted. After dying my hair...& I did give it the maximum time allowed to color. Great colorThis was the closest I've been to my original hair color in forever. I loved the outcome, even being my first color from ESalon, i had the best outcome w the very first kit. Exactly what it saysI was very impressed! it was very simple to use, the instructions were very easy to read. If you're a person that is used to doing your hair color at home.. this fits right into your busy schedule. The color came out very evenly and shiny.
