You have access to a colorist online and it is easy to order. Stubborn Grays!!I was given outstanding support from staff on the color I wanted. After dying my hair...& I did give it the maximum time allowed to color. Great colorThis was the closest I've been to my original hair color in forever. I loved the outcome, even being my first color from ESalon, i had the best outcome w the very first kit.
