Get the most out of your hair!I painted my head with this paint two weeks ago. I wash my head every day, sometimes every other day. At the same time, I am still delighted with the paint! Just about perfectI liked the process to get my colour right - and it was - almost 100% the first time, and was a full 100% the second time. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, with all the equipment required supplied - even shampoo and conditioner. Exceptional hair colorI am very happy with my product. Truly salon quality, impeccable color, excellent gray coverage, impressive staff. When my order got lost in the USPS shuffle in July, they sent me a replacement package at no charge. I was quite touched. Very content with the company. Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company. Repeat customerGreat results, comparable to salon or better for a fraction of the price; love the fact that there is no unpleasant smell. Two sets of gloves was a bonus feature. Website is easy to use and manage account. Only complaint would be that management products (shampoo, conditioner, serums) are pricey. Try it, don’t hesitate - you will be pleasantly surprised!I’ve gone to the salon for years and have had quite a few hit n miss experiences with my colour results. This kit however, gives surprisingly professional results. It’s easy to use, the instructions are foolproof, e-salon have thought of everything and made it all very simple to follow with minimum mess and everything you need is in the box so you’re not fumbling around for that extra pair of gloves for example at the last minute.
