DecepcionadaLo primero diré, que, hice un pedido en Marzo del 2021 y el producto no me acabó de satisface. Pero mi problema viene, cuando me doy cuenta que me han ido cobrando el 12de octubre 2021 y ahora el 4 de enero de 2022 sin mi permiso, porque ya dije que no quería más productos. What Happened?I guess I'm not alone when I write the color just doesn't seem to last as long as it did previously. I've read some other recent reviews indicating other customers noticed the color doesn't seem to be lasting or seem as rich and lustrous, and I agree. The last two times I've used my color kit, the color seemed to fade quite a bit and looked dull after just three weeks (previously it would last well for a full five!). I don't even wash my hair every day, so that shouldn't be a factor. I looked at my hair yesterday in the mirror, and the color seems to have faded significantly after just 2 1/2 weeks. Get Lots of ComplimentsMy hair stylist always compliments me on my hair color! I love the custom color system. The instructions are clear and simple. Just love the little sticker that comes with the instructions to put them on the wall leaving my vanity clear for the color products. Semi permanent colourI used the semipermanent colour for some greys but it lasted only for 3 weeks instead of usual 6 weeks. I did not find any difference with other brand hair colours. Red rootsI adjusted my color to a darker shade and told the team of my color concerns and its not right. I follow the process they have listed and always after using their color my roots are a red shade. Its not a bright red or anything but its not pulling a soft black like the color says. 1st couple of orders I was happy with reults. 6 months into subscription after I use esalon color I haft to purchase a separate color from a separate company to fix my roots to match my ends.
