Great ExperienceI haven't attempted home hair products in 30 years and was very hesitant but desperate. I initially did not send a photo, when I added it, I heard from my stylist suggesting a change, to my plan and explaining why, The kit itself is so professionally organized and easy to use. I had a question during my hair processing so I called and spoke with a stylist immediately, even on a Saturday. My color was just what I needed and my hair feels and looks as healthy as before. Love feeling personalized...The set up is great! And I do like that I can adjust color if needed every month keeping in contact with my eSalon colorist. It does have a STRONG developer smell, that I wish wasn't so intense.
