EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!IMO esalon not only has good color product and color matching, their customer svc is fantastic. I had a small issue w my color & Carmen was right on top of it. She was in constant contact with me via email to ensure I was satisfied...and I was very pleased w the service. Additionally, I really like the packaging of the items as well as how they notify you before your shipment to see if you need to make any adjustments to your color. I can't say enough how professional and customer friendly they have been since my first order. I've experienced poor CS during COVID with attitudes of "oh well" let's blame COVID - so NOT the experience with esalon. I highly recommend them. Custom colorI'm incredibly happy with the assistance I received from my color specialist. My original color gave hints of red that I didn't love with my skin tone and my request to the eSalon colorist was for deep golden brown tones to correct my original selected color. I also wanted full gray coverage which I was unable to achieve. The new color kit received delivered my exact specifications and I couldn't be happier. Color Spot OnI've been pleasantly surprised at how well the color sent to me matches my stylist's professional color. I still need help applying it. It's hard to do the back of your head but my husband helps. They send more than enough gloves and accessories and I can't wait for my highlight kit coming in the next delivery. Best hair color EVERI absolutely love my hair color from eSalon! The directions were very easy to follow. The conditioner was amazing. The customer support was top notch. They answered every question I posed within an excellent turn around time. I have never used a hair color product that made my hair feel so soft and look so healthy!
