Love my color.My color which had been good for a long time was starting to look a little drab. I asked for an adjustment and just did the color this morning. I love my new color, just a little darker, a little more auburn. It has remained natural looking with just the little bit of brightness I wanted. Can't wait to see if anyone notices. Doesn't hold gray coverageI have been using this product on and off and finally canceled because the color does not hold. The gray coverage fades with a week or two. I would have to recolor about every three weeks. Way too much trouble for minimal coverage. Idea of this company is great, but definitely was not happy. Customer service rep I spoke to on a cancelation issue also had an attitude, I have talked to reps in the past that have been super friendly. 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
