Love love my hair colour! My friends are amazed to hear that I do my own colour.Alway went to the hair salon. Since Covid and the help of eSalon. Great color, love the presentationbut happy they will be more environmentally correct soon...there's far too much plastic and no one needs 2 pair of gloves. Same as most recent commentsWhat is going on with your products lately? There is a very distinct deterioration, and at a rapid speed! The last couple years the color has been sub-par and does not cover the grays and is very, very inconsistent, Did you get a new chemist? A new mixer, or maybe a new source of the raw materials? Clearly something is definitely off. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 without ever using color from another source since. What gives? Dull lifeless color that washes out in a weekAfter over two years of being a customer I finally give up. The color is never what I ask for, there is barely any red pigment in it and it’s disappointing every month. After a week it has half washed out already.
