Formula has definitely changed.I've been a long time customer and at first I thought it was my imagination but I can see that the formula has definitely changed. Barely covers my gray hairs any more and the color used to last 3 to 4 weeks, now I'm lucky if it lasts 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it's just not the same. I hate to leave a negative review because you got me through the pandemic without having to show my gray hair growth. Thank you for that.
