es brenntegal wie lange die Haare ungewaschen sind, während des Auftragens und Wartens brennt es sehr stark. und habe danach Haarausfall, ansonsten ist die Farbe jedesmal sehr schön. Die mitgelieferten Untensilien sind echt gut, man muss nichts zusammensuchen. Die Kundenbetreuung sehr gut, egal welches Anliegen man kümmert sich um einen.
