Great customer service!I have been really impressed with both the initial customer service and speed of delivery. When I wasn’t completely happy with my colour change they were extremely quick to reply, offer professional advice and rectify colour! Can't Believe ItI can't believe I CAN get salon quality hair color online!! So now the test comes... my hairstylist is finally opened and I have an appointment for a cut so we'll see what she thinks! UPDATE: my hairstylist of 15+ years had to admit the color was exceptional and that the health of my hair was fantastic. I did it!First time I ever did my roots by myself. The most challenging part was applying color to the back of my head. I was worried that I would miss parts; but it came out beautiful!
