Very drying - also eSalon keeps charging you without your consent.I ordered this product to try it, no where it was written that I was enrolled in automatic product delivery. eSalon now has charged me for another round of a product that I didn't like. Wrong color sent.I had requested a color adjustment, but didn't like the lack of personalized care and didn't want to be experimented on, so I requested to keep the original color which didn't seem to cover greys. I was sent the adjusted color anyway. It looks awful. I wish I could get personalized color that makes me feel great about my hair like in the marketing materials.
