Great customer service!Finally a company that gives great service and help! I actually speak to a REAL person when I call, and they are always so helpful snd kind. This last order was a mistake on my part, and yet they are sending me a replacement kit at no charge. This is something you rarely see these days. Never going to a salon for color again!!I am so happy with this custom color kit. My hair looks beautiful. It was so easy to apply. The instructions and personalized kit are beyond amazing. I emailed my colorist with this outstanding feedback but also asked her advice on adding more red tones. I love that it is so easy to message her. I couldn’t be happier. So much to likeFirst you notice all the thoughtful things that come in the package, including two pairs of gloves. As you are washing your color out you notice you are not making the usual mess. After you wash and condition, there is not extra color dripping down. Your towels will appreciate this. Once you dry your hair, the feel is soft and silky. Sehr gutes FarbergebnisZunächst möchte ich mich recht herzlich bei dem Team von eSalon bedanken, für die wirklich liebevoll verpackte Haar Coloration. Alleine das Anschauen der einzelnen Dinge zaubert einem schon ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, zumal es mit dem persönlichen Namen versehen ist. Heute habe ich nun das Color-Set ausprobiert und bin mit dem Farbergebnis sehr zufrieden! Allerdings habe ich die Ansätze nicht 100%ig hinbekommen, aber das lag wahrscheinlich an mir. Mein Haar fühlt sich auf jeden Fall richtig gut an, ist locker und auch füllig, obwohl ich dünnes Haar habe. Wish the color was better settling in my hairI think the process was made so easily by eSalon, however when I received my package in the mail and began the process, the color was not what I expected it to be. I thought it was going to be a little bit better showing with the description that I gave of my already natural hair.
