Lovely locksAt 57 years of age I have been lucky in the hair department, I have thick naturally auburn hair which has darkened from ginger over the years. I have a two inch band of white hair around. Y hairline and have never dyed it before. The products were easy to use and my friend applied it for me, my only complaint is that in my opinion it was darker than I imagined and if I do it again I would like it a little lighter and more album not brown. did not order - did not receive - did not receive creditI stopped my service in June 2021. In January 2022 I was sent, out ot the blue, a free color set due to order credits I had accumulated. One year after stopping my service, July 2022, I find my debit card was charged $33 for an order I did not place and it was mailed to an address that is no longer current. The color didn't take, and it damaged my hairThe color didn't take at all, it was a gorgeous plum while in use, but it washed out and left my hair brassy and frizzy, my opinion is it was old product. If there was a different type i might reapply to fix the mess it left... I'm very unhappy with the end result, i have to work with ugly hair now. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
