Great color and customer service!This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company. Nice but NO gray coverage.Packaged beautifully, very convenient and easy to apply. I am satisfied with the color itself but, it didn’t do the one thing that I needed and wanted it to do; cover my grays! Wow!Also ich habe diese Coloration zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und bin begeistert! Ich gebe zu, es war etwas schwer sich alleine den Ansatz am Hinterkopf zu färben und ich war etwas skeptisch ob das Ergebnis auch gut sein würde, weil ich es nicht so perfekt wie in der Anleitung hinbekommen habe, dennoch ist das Farbergebnis super und wirklich überall deckend!
