Spot on colour!!Absolubtley in love with eSalon and their treatments ! My hair colour has given me the exact colour I ordered and wanted. So happy i found this and won't go to a salon again! Didn't work outI really wanted to like this since it is cheaper than Madison Reed. My color was supposed to be darkest ash brown ,it came out golden brown, no ash! Disappointed!!I started out with grow out from a high light, I asked for a dark blonde or light ash brown.. ended up with a head ful of copper !! They sent me another color again I expected a light ash brown? I got a dark chocolate brown!!I I was really upset and frustrated! So I explained again that this it WAY TO DARK !! So again I said I wanted a light ash brown !! They then told me that I couldn't go light on top of th DARK THAT THEY TURNED IT !! There solution was GO TO A SHOP and have it professionally done! I Swear My Colorist Ariana G is a Mind ReaderI received my dark brown/copper/mahogany color, and I swear my colorist, Ariana G, is an absolute mind reader. Prior to using eSalon, I would either go to the salon or simply box dye, and have never had a color that looked "natural". This color not only looked like an actual human hair color, but came out shiny and healthy looking. Klasse FarbeDie Farbe ist toll, so wie ich sie haben will. Die Anwendung ist einfach. Aber, was um alle sin der Welt, ist mit dem Shampoo und dem Conditioner passiert. Da wurde vor einiger Zeit der Duft geändert und der gefällt mit überhaupt nicht. Ich finde es stinkt, ich wende es widerwillig an.
