Made my hair oily but also dryI was super pumped when my order was delivered very fast. Once I mixed the color together it was the perfect color I wanted so I was even more happy only until it came to rinsing the color out. I used the pre packaged shampoo and conditioner but my hair still felt like there was massive color in it. I ended up using my personal shampoo and conditioner and thankfully that washed the excess color out. The problem wasn't over because my hair has the weirdest texture now. Not trustable company, a scamI have tried to leave a review several times each time it would erase itself. In June I slpurged and ordered the hair dye. And within a week the grays on the mid line of my head and sides of my face returned. I e-mailed a complaint because it's supposed to be a 100 % guarantee. And asked them to rectify the situation. If not i no longer wanted their product I gave them a month to do it. I never heard from them til i was looking at my bank account and it was showing a -127$. It was do to them taking money out for an order I didn't want. I begged them to fix the situation even give me the amount for the hair dye so i had some money to buy my grandchild who lives with me and I support us on SSI. They would not do nothing. $127 for a hair dye ridiculous. Then I figured I might as well yous the hair dye. Chunks of my hair fell out in the shower I have a balled spot now. I strongly suggest no one uses their product. And please watch your bank accounts with this scamming company. Do you know how sad I was not to be able to buy my 3 year old grandchild a b-day present due to this company without a conscious. If my hair does not grow back they will be sued. Turned my hair OrangeI will not be ordering again. After applying for the second time with a supposedly corrected formula (the first was too yellow and didn't cover grey very well), my hair turned orange on top, yellow on the rest, and I still had grey. I had to see my beautician to have the color corrected. She was not able to completely get the color out, so I have to wait to grow it out. I didn't even want to try the highlights I ordered for fear of huge streaks of white in my orange hair. Sixty-five dollars of product down the drain. When I saw the beautician, she said that the reason my hair turned orange was because of my hair type and texture. Even the medications I am on can change the chemicals in my hair. There is a reason why beauticians go to school, they learn how to treat each kind of hair and know how to ask the right questions. I will never try to save money (ha-ha) and try to do it myself again. Having the color with simple directions is not a substitution for professional application. I am very disappointed. I gave the brand new color and highlights I had just received to my beautician. I didn't want to be tempted to use it again.
