Not at all like the pictureThe color was completely off the tone was wrong. Pretty colorWhile it was a pretty color my hair has not been the same. While I regularly loose hair the amount of hair coming off my head in the shower was far grater than normal. Mixed emotionsPros: precise instructions, everything you need to color your hair; protect your hands and even wash color off your forehead are included, ability to have colorist tweak your formula based on your feed back Cons: despite tweaking my shade 3 times now, my roots still come out lighter (and I only color my roots)- only did the ends refresher the very first time I used esalon products when needed all over color I believe that I require a different developer, perhaps 15 in order for my roots to develop correctly and to my knowledge esalon has only one level of developer (20) 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Color is great but applicator bottle has gotten worse and worseI love this hair color but the last two times I’ve gotten it the applicator bottle has been horrible. This time (prepared in April) the hole in the bottle was so small almost nothing came out, then when I squeezed hard the product all came out under the screw on top. Not only did I have a mess to clean up but I’m not sure I had enough product left to do a good job. I ended up having to ream out the hole to get enough product out to proceed. The guarantee says that it’s free if you’re not satisfied but I’m unable to find anywhere to contact esalon to let them know.
