Color is always too darkMy color always looks painfully dark for the first week- and then starts to look better after several washes and sunshine: More like my natural color. It tends to be a bit flat and lacks shine. I’ve added a personal keratin treatment to help with the flatness. i was very unhappy with the color.I wanted a light strawberry blonde and I received a reddish mahogoney color. I am very unhappy. Maybe I wasn't correct in my choice but still very unhappy. i will use a medium blonde in 2 weeks to see if I can soften the color., if not I will go to a professional salon. Did not cover gray's at allFirst, there's seems to be alot of steps for this product. It smells, i would suggest adding a fragrance. I followed directions thoroughly because I wanted to make sure my grays were covered. However it did not do a thing. The next day I found even more grays. Will not reorder, disappointed.
