Wrong color was made.I had high hopes from reading the reviews for this site. I selected my color and another color in the same color wheel but slightly less bright to have a color made in between the two. I’m naturally blonde, virgin hair and wanted strawberry blonde. My shipment came in....stoked about it. I painted the color in as per the instructions making small sections (not my first color rodeo by any means), full coverage. The color was starting to turn a red wine/merlot color on my hair. I had already started so there wasn’t any back tracking from there, I had to finish. Final color was a light brown with a slight old penny copper tint in the light. Nothing even close to what I ordered! Not even in the same color wheel! I called the next morning and stated my dilemma to a colorist and she asked for me to upload pictures of the color so that they may fix the color, or that I could buy clarifying shampoo and gradually wash the color out. I was disappointed with this response. However, I uploaded pictures on 04/21, same day I spoke to colorist, and have yet to hear anything in response on how to fix my color. Save yourself the money and go to a professional where you can verbally speak your concerns and have an immediate response. Extremely disappointed with this product and service. I had a private appointment and fixed my hair to a natural red/ginger color. I’m completely happy with those results, but now I have to have my hair gradually bleached to achieve the strawberry blonde I paid for on eSalon. I never should have purchased this product, nor have I even received an email asking if I would like a refund. as they can take on a muddy/greenish cast due to how light they are. You would nI'm not paying just to have my roots done! That's all I was sent and was told to go back to the salon for my highlights and low lights... I will, and I'll have my roots done there too! Thanks for a complete waste of my time and money! I won't even try your product now, your advertising is sketchy as to what the product can do and your customer service is the worst! Cancel my subscription! DisappointedI was really excited to try an at home salon color experience. My custom color was supposed to be a light intense copper. Sadly it came out very dark and almost a soft brown auburn, which is more my natural color. I also reccomend several hair masks afterwards, as my curls feel rather damaged now, especially closer to my roots which is where they were once the healthiest. Wish it covered gray betterI told them I have resistant gray hair. It did a poor job of covering, where my hair naturally parts was especially bad. Cheaper store brands did a better job. Color was a little light. I know I'm a level 5, but don't know what brand my stylist uses. Easy to apply but colour wasn't what I asked for....The process of applying was a breeze and the kit contains everything you need to colour your hair. Sadly I asked for a cool/neutral shade of brown with no red or golden tones. The result is extremely red/golden so it's not what I asked for. My hair feels pretty healthy and the colour is vibrant but it's much warmer than I asked for. Great service but not really thrilled with the end result. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Did not Cover Gray roots at all!I was excited to try this custom hair color at home since not being able to get to my hairdresser. Product arrived with easy to follow directions, but the gray coverage was terrible, did not cover at all. Not customized, roots onlyI was sent a kit for roots only. I need color for all of my hair as it is usually medium brown and I color it copper/red. Most of the red has faded. I was sent a "custom" medium brown that is apparently not red at all. I'm not willing to try and ruin my hair. I was never able to get in touch with a stylist and finding a way to return/get your money back is confusing and time consuming. No thanks. Update: I was sent a form email response telling me to do a strand test, even when my feedback was that I do not have enough color and do not want brown in my color (the color wheel in the instructions provided shows WAY more brown than I wanted). My request for a refund has been ignored.
