Didn’t do a thingI followed the step by step instructions and my hair looks like exactly the same prior to coloring. I cancelled my subscription today. Too orangeMy Daughter In Law came up to do the color for me. We followed the instructions to the letter. Haircolor is normally dark ash blonde to light ash brown. No greys yet. Hair color produced is more gold toned than ash toned. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Not the neutral colorI wanted an ash base. My roots are strawberry blonde. This is not at all in the neighborhood of the color I requested. Wrong ColorMy color turned out to be nothing like the color I sent in the pictures. I requested an adjustment for my next order and am hopeful the new color will be right. On the positive side, the directions were easy to follow. I liked that it covered my gray completely. I placed my order on April 6, 2020. Root coverageSo I followed the directions to a T but my roots look like no color was applied to them. I don’t know it’s it because it wasn’t enough time for the color to deposit because 10 minutes then 5 minutes isn’t really anytime at all. Orange is not flatteringThis color was very warm in a very unflattering way. Lots of reddish tones, which I had noted was my biggest concern. I also did the light set, which came out in a very unflattering orange tone. I emailed eSalon but no one has contacted me regarding my ugly hair. Update: I was contacted by my colorist to try and remedy the situation. She is sending free: tint rinse for the brassiness and a new highlight kit. I will try it again!
