Color is Great, Lots of wasteEsalon has definitely given me exactly what color I want each time. I have had some horrendous experiences (even in salons). They have been very receptive to my change requests as well. It always looks totally natural and I get tons of compliments. The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is the amount of plastic waste I have at the end. It comes in a box and inside the box are more boxes, bags and molded plastic for each product. My hair stylist was jealousbrought my color kit in for my stylist to apply. She uses a very high end Italian product normally. She was quite pleased with the color and the completeness of the kit. Love my color and customer service!It took 3 times to get my color right simply because my grays are as hard-headed as I am!
