FIRST IT FIRED MY HAIR..AND MY HAIR WAS HEALTHY AND I JUST GOT A HAIRCUT B4 COLORING!!! ITS NOT BLACK OR BLUE TINT AT ALL..ITS BROWN!!! I HATE IT ILL NEVER USE UR PRODUCT AGAIN!!! WHEN I COLOR MY HAIR ITS A SHINNY BLACK WITH A BEAUTIFUL HIGH BLUE TINT..YALL R RIDICULOUS!!!..

The first time I used this color it seemed to last a lot longer than it does now. I’m getting disappointed in that the color starts to fade just after the first week.

I liked my new colour and the coverage it gave me. The only reason this review is not a five star is because I thought it may be lighter, but I asked my colour stylist if they could slightly change my next order and they were so helpful and knowledgeable.

The color doesn’t last. By the second wash it is coming out. It never happens on the initial formula but subsequent bottles are for roots and ends and therefore it washes right out.

I have dyed my hair with over the counter products for years and it always takes a few weeks and a deep conditioning treatment for my hair to recover after use but this left my hair soft.
