You finally got the formula to cover gray heart.So, ALL my previous orders have never colored my gray roots strong enough. I have black hair and stark white/gray roots. Your previous formulas left my roots with a pink halo- kind of embarrassing really! On the last application received in February, it finally covered all my grays nice and dark. I have NEVER done anything differently prior to applying it. There are never products in my hair except for just shampooing (no conditioner) the day prior. So, something in your formula was done better. Best hair color ever usedYes, going to the salon is great. But sometimes it just doesn’t fit into my budget or time. I came across an ad on social media and decided to give it a try. The ingredients to the hair care and color is what helped me make the decision - as we all know shopping online can be iffy. I’ve used this company for several months now and no plans to stop. I love the personalized box and I receive everything needed for my coloring job. They think of everything needed down to the sticker to hold up the instructions. I am able to send feedback to my stylist as well as make order changes easily. Everything is so simplified. My hair is healthier than ever and the color and shine are unmatched. I got the product !I got the beautiful product but, it’s not your fault, my stubborn grays are too stubborn. Don’t think I’ll find any hair color that works.
