Super ServiceNachtrag: Ich hatte den Kundenservice informiert, dass meine Haarfarbe leider nicht wie gewünscht ist. Sofort bekam ich ein Guthaben und mach einen kurzen Austausch mit einer Coloristin endlich meine gewünschte Haarfarbe :) super danke! Versand ging zügig und die Farbe war leicht aufzutragen, dank Zubehör und Anleitung. Nur leider hat die Farbe nicht ganz meine Bedürfnisse abgedeckt. Da ich gerne meinen Ansatz passend zu den Längen abgedeckt haben wollte. Nun ist der Ansatz leider noch immer dunkel und der Ansatz sehr knallig. Immer wieder gerneKaum riechende Farbe, intensive Farbe, hält lange, wie beim Friseur. Nicht so dünnflüssig,so das man keine Spritzfllecken während des färbends bekommt. Die Farbe genauso wie gewünscht..einfach nur wow 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

So glad to be back!!I left eSalon for a year or two thinking it was easier to just have a salon do my hair color. Each time I go, I bring pictures and describe what I want and never get it. I could have gone to my last salon and paid $225 (honestly!! $150/hour and she said it would take 1.5 hours) for color I probably would still be unhappy with. So, I thought why not give eSalon another try - I was always happy with the color. Well, I spoke to a colorist at eSalon and was a little nervous to try this new color but... it is exactly what I wanted.
