Color BlindI don't have any complaints about the product. I received my order in a timely fashion. Was very impressed with the contents. Especially for the 1st time buyers cost of $10. My only issue is my customer color isn't exactly what I was hoping for. Though I take full responsibility for that because maybe my hair color isn't exactly the color I thought; so it doesn't look as light as I had wanted to be. Great color!I decided to go back to coloring my own hair but was worried it would be tough to match....I uploaded photos of my desired color and an eSalon stylist tweaked my formula to create the perfect color for me. Unbelievable!My requirements for a change in color were complex. I have natural textured hair, 50% gray, with a permanent brown dye color that I got at my hairdressers. It faded to a brassy harsh tone which my hairdresser could not seem to correct. I wanted a darker warmer brown base color with no yellow or red overtones and that is exactly what I got from eSalon. I followed the instructions religiously and I was rewarded with a rich warm purely brown color. I can't believe that the colorist was able to accomplish exactly what I've been trying to get for more than a year from my hairdresser. Very very happy!
