The best discovery!I am a DIYer and have always been! Before quarantine I was indulging in regular professional hair color services, but even though I could go back to them I will NOT be! I love the ease of this service, the price, and the super organized instructions. I have gotten more compliments on my color then ever before and I love to tell my friends all about it! The only issue is the lengthy shipping time, which I believe I will account for by ordering in shorter time frames. Looks terrific, only one revision neededWhen I put my initial custom colour on I could tell it was too dark and washed it off after 10 minutes. It wasn't terrible I didn't love it. I sent in a request to adapt it and now it's perfect. I even had shipping issues and esalon sent me a replacement kit at no charge. Just what I was hoping forI was somewhat skeptical with the end results of this custom color set because the "drug store" variety just doesn't seem to cover the gray. After using eSalon the only root areas showing were due to (my) user error. It is so important to apply enough solution by properly parting sections of your hair in order to cover up those nasty gray roots! Revised color is perfect!I took a chance with ordering. While the first color was just a little bit too red, the revised color is perfect. They listened to my concern after the first time and changed the color perfectly. I can’t tell the difference between this color and what I received at my former salon. I saved money with this purchase by not having my hair done professionally (which is still allowed where I live). They make it so easy!After 20 years of paying someone else to color my hair, I've done it myself 3 times now thanks to eSalon. And now I realize I'll never need to pay a salon for color again. The instructions are easy to follow, everything you need is right there in that little box. Satisfied CustomerI was skeptical about ordering this product that I found on Facebook. I kept ignoring the reoccurring ad until one day my 6 yr old granddaughter said, Grandma why don't you color your hair so you don't look so old? Store brand hair dye always left my hair feeling like straw. I kept this product on the shelf for about a month. Since I was on mandatory COVID quarantine I decided to dye my hair. I was amazed! My hair color looks very natural, soft, and healthy! The only disappointment is my gray hair reappeared approximately four-weeks after dying it.
